​Aspiring comic book writer Polly meets her industry idol for a networking meeting. Alan Waid has been at the top of the industry for years, and he quickly tells Polly she should give up her dream. Polly’s comic book imagination and the reality of the real world intertwine as we witness a battle that simultaneously gives birth to a new superhero and the next great comic book writer.
